Methodology

We surveyed 1,000 full-time American workers to explore how morning sex correlates with productivity, motivation, and burnout among full-time professionals. The average age was 40; 43% were male, 56% were female, and 1% were non-binary. Generationally, 39% were baby boomers and Gen X combined, 47% were millennials, and 14% were Gen Z.
